Should a dispute arise and cannot be amicably and equitably resolved, then either party may give notice in writing to the other party of the existence of a dispute, in which case the parties shall meet within a period of 30 days of written notice of the dispute with a view to resolving the dispute.
Neither party shall resort to arbitration or any legal measures against the other party unless such a meeting has taken place and the dispute remains unresolved.
In case such agreement cannot be reached within two months from the date of the written notice mentioned here above, thenthe dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a registered letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Budapest. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. In the course of proceedings the Sub-Rules of the Expedited Proceedings shall apply.
By visiting Prysmian CEE Region e-Catalogue application you agree that this use shall be governed and interpreted according to the provisions of Hungarian law.
We reserve the right to make changes to our websites, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
